For those lucky people in Toronto next week, you’re in for a real treat from Future Shop's friends at Sony Canada . On Wednesday, June 9, Sony Canada is unveiling their 3D technologies at a press conference/product demos at Future Shop’s flagship store in the T-dot at Yonge-Dundas Square . In addition to showcasing hot 3D TVs, complete home theatres, movies and a slick new camera that can play back in 3D (can’t wait to see that in action), Sony Playstation is strutting what’s available in 3D gaming. You read that right: Playstation will be announcing the availability of some gaming titles in 3D. To help celebrate this news, Canadian pro gaming sensation, Kevin Garcia (gamer tag: "DARKscorpion") is attending the event where he'll meet customers and media, and challenge attendees for one-on-one gaming competitions in 3D.

(For those of you outside the gaming circuit and not familiar with Garcia, he’s captained Canada’s pro gaming teams and won big prize money within and outside our country. What a cool gig!)

On Wednesday, the Sony 3D fun starts at 1:00 p.m. EST at Future Shop’s Yonge-Dundas location. Drop by to see the latest 3D tech, and test your gaming luck against our country's DARKscorpion.
