Since talking about all the things I love about my iPad would: a) take a long time and lead to blog rambling and b) will further solidify your feeling that I'm just a Mac fan boy, I'm going to keep this short and sweet. Or at least I'll try. Read more...
I've had my iPad for about four-ish days now, and while I think it's an amazing device and worth its cost and praise, there are some things that I don't like about it. I'm not blind to the iPad's flaws, so here are a few that have been bugging me the most. Read more...
Now that the BlackBerry App World has been around for a little while, its finally time to take it to the next level. I'm a child of the '60s, saw the first moon landing live, and read Popular Science well into my late teens (until I discovered girls didn't read PopSci). I've always been blown away by how we simple hairless monkeys can take some bit of tech and put it to all sorts of uses. Read more...

Travelling in a standard commercial airliner is not really that much fun these days. Seats are always cramped, the the person in front of you has put their seat allllllll the way back, and sometimes the flight is rough. To help while away the hours of being unnaturally sardine-canned with 200 other people, airlines offer snacks and in-flight movies (which you pay for). Read more...
As I alluded to in my last post—Until there are color Kindles, Nooks, and eReaders, then iPad will dominate—I got an iPad over the weekend. Actually, my fiancée went to Seattle for some shopping and stopped to get one for me (yes, there are fresh flowers in the house, laundry and dishes are done). Fine, call me an Apple fanboy (that's Mr. Fanboy to you...), but despite a lingering fear that I might not like the iPad, well I do. A lot. I've had my iPad for less than 12 hours now and it is just as cool as people say it is. Thus far I have a goodly number of apps (remember I don't have an iPhone, but a BlackBerry), few free books—thank you Gutenberg Project, a movie (I was impatient and didn't want to wait for all of my movies to load), and some music.
